Zip is an easy and flexible payment method that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later. There are two reusable account types, ZipPay and ZipMoney. Repayments are flexible to suit your lifestyle – weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and you can pay as much as you like as long as you meet your minimum monthly repayments (advised at the time of sign up).
How does it work?
Checkout: Choose Zip as your payment method during checkout.
Purchase: Login or register with ZipPay and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Delivery: Have your items delivered to you within your selected delivery timeframe
Pay Later: Choose repayments that suit your lifestyle – weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

What is ZipPay?
ZipPay is a reusable account of us to $1000 that lets you shop now and pay later, interest-free. Make as many purchases as you like up to your account limit, then set up flexible repayments to suit your lifestyle, Easy as.
When do I pay for my order?
Your first payment won’t be due until the end of the next month. When you open your account, Zip will set up a monthly payment of $40 (or less if the amount you owe is under $40). This will come from your linked debit card on the last day of each month and run until your purchases are paid off.
Are there any costs for using Zip?
There are no extra fees to use Zip when purchasing, however, there is a $6 monthly account fee. This monthly fee is waived if your closing balance is paid by the due date. o balance no fee. If you don’t meet your minimum monthly repayment, a $5 late fee may apply. See ZipPay for more information.
Am I eligible for Zip?
To be eligible to apply for a ZipPay account, you need to:
- be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid Facebook or PayPal account, in your own name
- have a valid debit card, in your own name
- have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency
How do I return items I’ve paid for using Zip?
You can return any item you are unhappy with back to The jacket Society in accordance with our standard online Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed and communicated to you via ZipPay shortly after The Jacket Society processes the returned items/s. The return item/s will create an adjustment against your ZipPay balance.
